If this describes you, then we want your resume! This is a full-time position as an Outside Salesperson in the pump and water treatment industry. We encourage Outside Salespeople with related industry experience to apply. We are also smart enough to recognize individuals who we think have the makings of successful Salespeople.

The right individual will be given extensive sales and product knowledge training from industry experts including one of Canada’s top Sales Trainers.

This sales position is Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. It offers the opportunity for a high income ($70,000+ per year) if you have the drive, self-discipline and attitude for success.

Position Summary:

Perform inside and outside sales promoting both EDS (retail) and PSI (wholesale) products and services; while meeting established sales targets, profit margins and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Duties:

  • Establish new customer accounts
  • Conduct outside sales (travel within the region)
  • Assessing water analysis and recommending treatment methods and equipment
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Resolve customer concerns and investigate issues with a solution-focused approach
  • Service existing accounts
  • Process customer orders for parts and equipment
  • Host trade shows

Other Duties:

  • Manage project installations
  • Customer follow-up, post installation
  • Provide technical support to service technicians and customers
  • Answer in-coming customer calls

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education an asset, though not mandatory

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of water treatment, wells and pump applications
  • Point of Sale computer system
  • Customer service skills with attention to detail
  • Project management
  • Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Additional Notes:

  • Standard working hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Customer Sales one Saturday a month
  • 40+ hours a week

We are looking for a full-time Pump & Water Treatment Technician to join our team.

Position Summary:

The basic function of the Service Technician is to provide professional installation and service to pumps and water treatment systems. The technician will handle customer service calls, make recommendations for equipment replacement, upgrades and service agreements.

Key Duties:

  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical labor on pumps and electrical controls as well as operation of chemical disinfection systems
  • Install, service and maintain submersible, jet, sewage, effluent and de-watering pumps
  • Install pressure tanks, switches, control boxes, drive systems
  • Perform flow tests and complete water system inspection reports
  • Review job plans and visit job sites with as required
  • Ensure required spare parts and consumables for the proper completion of the service to be performed are available
  • Complete work orders following company policies

Other Duties:

  • Ensure that all work is done in compliance with Worker’s Compensation Board and company safety regulations
  • Report on project performance and provide administrative reporting
  • Be available for after-hours work as required, (1 week out of 5)
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
  • Interact with customers to ensure quality customer service is provided


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years electrical, plumbing, water treatment or pump experience. Additionally, they will have good mechanical reasoning skills, be reliable, with a neat appearance, a self-starter and customer service oriented. Those with a strong electrical background are preferred. Additional requirements include:

  • Goal oriented, self- starting and energetic.
  • Willingness to participate in the continuing education programs provided by the company
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Outstanding customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Electronics troubleshooting
  • Equipment maintenance skills
  • Good record keeping abilities
