20 Point Inspection

EDS offers a 20 Point Inspection service to home buyers, sellers and realtors. We review a home's entire water system and provide a comprehensive report on the condition of the equipment including water testing.

Flow Testing

EDS is able to provide flow measurement and water level information to homeowners, contractors and municipalities. Our precision equipment and testing capabilities will accurately determine the flow rate of a well or aquifer.

Regular maintenance will keep your water system running as efficiently and as long as possible.

Our experienced professional staff can recommend, schedule and perform regular maintenance of your equipment including;

• Changing UV bulbs and system maintenance
• Change Reverse Osmosis filters, membranes and sterilize the unit
• Yearly servicing of valves on point of entry filter systems
• Regular additions of chemicals and salts for water treatment systems
• Annual servicing of septic and effluent pump systems
• Sample water and deliver for testing to our lab or Exova Labs, provide you with a report and assist you in reading the report
• Perform flow rate tests on your well
• Clean your well of iron bacteria and build up
• Chlorinate your well and house
• Troubleshoot any problems with pumps and water treatment equipment
• Perform a twenty point inspection on your water system and make recommendations for maintenance and service
