Position Summary
Perform inside and outside sales promoting our products and services, while meeting established sales targets, profit margins and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Duties
  • Establish new customer accounts
  • Conduct inside and outside sales
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Resolve customer concerns and investigate issues with a solution-focused approach
  • Service existing accounts
  • Process customer orders for parts and equipment
Other Duties
  • Manage project installations
  • Customer follow-up, post installation
  • Provide technical support to service technicians and customers

Plumber / Mechanical Field Technician with 3 Years Experience

Position Summary
Provide installation and service to pumps, water treatment systems and well remediation. The Plumber/Field Technician will handle customer service calls, make recommendations for equipment replacement, upgrades and service agreements while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Duties
  • Perform basic mechanical and plumbing labour on pumps and water treatment systems
  • Install, service and maintain private, community and commercial water systems
  • Install pressure tanks, fillers, water lines and hot water tanks
  • Resolve customer concerns and investigate issues with a solution-focused approach
Other Duties
  • Perform project installations and maintenance in a professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organized van
  • Be available as the on-call technician one week out of every five
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of water treatment, wells and pump applications
  • Equipment maintenance skills
  • Electrical experience
  • Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Training
  • Mentorship, classroom, and hands on training will be provided in order to allow the candidate to apply hours towards certification as a Pump Installer, Environmental Operator, Water Treatment Specialist, Plumber and/or Electrician
  • Apprenticeship candidates may qualify for educational reimbursement of plumbing school
