We’re currently looking for a full-time Retail Sales Advisor to support our growing customer base

Opportunity

We’re currently looking for a full-time Retail Sales Advisor to support our growing customer base. This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired plumber or someone looking to transition out of the field into a steady, indoor position, however, we are most interested in people with the right attitude and character.

The Retail Sales Advisor will help customers with product selection, process orders, and provide exceptional in-person and phone support for our water systems and pump solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with product questions and order processing
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service on pumps, filters, water systems, and related products
  • Use in-store systems to process transactions and manage inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Who You Are:

  • Customer-focused and friendly, with strong people skills
  • Organized, honest, reliable, and comfortable with basic computer systems
  • Experience in plumbing, water systems, pump applications, or retail sales
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

What We Offer:

  •  $22 – $25 per hour

  • Stable weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
